How many Phoenix are already plotting to become Hamamoto?

It depends on how the kotei are ran. If local stores can run them (and earn the title through them), I'll certainly be gunning for it. I didn't see anything specifying that the title was reserved for only the major events (like Worlds), but I also just as easily could have missed something.

In either case I will be a staunch loyalist to whatever route our Hatamotos go, unless they deliberately try and use the title to troll the clan...then I might have to break open a black scroll or twelve.

I'm enough of a scrub that it's pretty much irrelevant to me.
