That's pretty much a card without a downside... not even unique or limited. I suppose it takes up a dynasty card slot?

Yeah you're basically trading a dynasty card for a conflict card.

Which seems to be a really good trade off. I rarely find myself emptying my provs in my test games. Worst case scenario you see 3 of them all at once, and just play that round mostly from hand, as you'll have a lot of that, and we have enough tricks in our fate deck to defend that it should be fine.

At the Gencon events, the library was amazing every time it flipped up.
Helped me stay afloat longer than I should have in some of my bad matches.
